The ancient Chinese exercises of T'ai Chi are practiced very early in the morning throughout many parks in China and all over the world. It is said that one can maintain youth and health by practicing this slow motion and rhythmic breathing technique. This type of breathing is also known as prenatal breathing. It is taught by imitating the manner in which we breathed while in the womb.
